1. Returns for Physical Products

We gladly accept returns for eligible physical products within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition

  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order

Items Not Eligible for Return:

  • Products marked as final sale or non-returnable

  • Items that have been used, assembled, or damaged after delivery

  • Perishable goods (e.g., wood chips, food items)

  • Customized or personalized items

2. Refunds for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products (e.g., downloadable plans, eBooks, or guides), all digital sales are final and non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

4. Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different item, please return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
